FULL DAY COORDINATION - from $1,560
Your wedding day should feel like yours, not like a logistics exercise you're managing from behind the scenes. That's where I come in.
From the moment you book, you'll have direct access to me throughout your planning journey. While I'm not the wedding planner, I'm always available to answer questions, offer a second opinion, or help you think something through when you need it. The planning stays in your hands, but you won't have to figure it out alone.
In the final month before your wedding, I take over all vendor correspondence so you can step back and enjoy the lead-up. On the day itself, I'll be there to make sure everything runs exactly as it should.
What's included:
Dedicated day-of coordinator (up to 12-hours coverage)
Unlimited correspondence and advisory support from the moment you book
Full vendor coordination from one month out, including finalising all arrangements
Run sheet creation and timeline management
On-the-day oversight of set up and pack down
Light set up on the day, including placecards (up to 120 guests), signage, wishing well and similar small styling details
On-the-ground problem solving, so nothing reaches you

HALF DAY COORDINATION - $160/hr
Sometimes you just need a steady pair of hands for the most important hours of your day. This package is designed for shorter weddings or couples who have most things covered and simply want support where it counts.
While this isn't a full planning service, I'm available from the moment you book to answer questions and offer advice as you plan. On the day, I'll be there for the hours that matter most to you, whether that's your ceremony, your reception, or the transition between the two.
